– Access to the Riad by reservation only. Foot bath, washing hands in touch-free bathtoom are compulsory.

– Wearing a mask and a social distance of 1m50 are required in the common areas between clients or with the staff.

– Contactless Registration and Payments are encouraged (payment by phone, Internet bank card in Euros, Electronic Bill). A Plexiglass Screen isolates the Customer and the Receptionist.

– The Riad’s Public Areas are accessible and divided into Private Areas of 10m2 minimum with “Safe & Clean” (blue) signs indicating the Disinfected & Healthy Areas.

– Reinforcement and daily disinfection of contact points throughout the establishment (handles, ramps, buttons).

In the perspective to optimize the ecological footprint, the Riad is oriented since 2015 in an Eco Friendly – Eco Responsible Approach. The riad is equipped with 6 Green Energy Solar Panels last technology integrated in the furnishings and the vegetation, and generating hot water for bedrooms, floor heating and Moroccan bath.

Our premises are also powered by multiple Low Consumption LED Lighting, in order to Limit our Environmental Footprint by respecting nature in Marrakech where the Sun is a luxury to use.
