The tap water in Morocco is chlorinated and is drinkable. Water in Marrakech comes from the Atlas mountains and is quite good. BUT the bacterias are different and you may have stomach aches. We recommand that you drink Encapsulated Spring Water. Nevertheless you can wash your teeth without problems, and you can shower.

The Riad is very easy to access during your first trip in Marrakech. Indeed taxis can you drop you off at less than 30meters from the door of the Riad. Since the door of the riad, you see the street with its taxis. Nevertheless, the taxis in Marrakesh rarely know the names of the street in the city and do not know always read a map. It is therefore very strongly recommended to bring with you the access plan to the Riad in order to know where the driver should bring you.
For your first day in Marrakech, we strongly recommend you to use our AIRPORT transfer service  from the airport Marrakech Ménara RAK where you will be welcomed and driven from the airport terminal straight to the doorstep of the riad without having to negociate with taxi drivers and fake guides, which can be difficult the first time.

You will find many Bureaux de Change  in the medina as well as several bank agencies. The exchange rates are generally without commission but may vary from one place to another. The riad also offers a service of currency exchange (EUR, USD, GBP, CAD, CHF, SEK, NOK..)

The Riad has a Monitored Luggage Room at the reception of the Riad. You can leave your belongings safely and free of charge, before check in at 13h30 or after the check out at 11h00.

The Riad has XL Safe deposit lockers (Size 15 inches laptop) in each room. It is strongly advised to store its personal valuables in order to avoid any problem. The passport is not necessary in the street, simply the business card of the Riad

The Riad operates an Airport transfer service 24h/24. The driver will be waiting for you at your arrival, after passenger zone and luggage reclains in the Drivers area, or you will be driven from the Riad up to the airport, no later than 2h30 before your outbound flight, which will allow you the time to embark without worries. You will have all the information and instructions to contact the Riad with 24/7 emergency number.

There are 3 Car parks with Security guard 24/7 near the Riad. Price are about 3euros per 24h parking. You can Stop your Car a few minutes nearlby the Riad, at just 30 meters from, then we will give you intructions to find the Car park for proper parking space.

There is a Spare Computer available for Free for Guests at the Reception. As Well is it possible to print Boarding Pass at the Reception (subject to a small Fee).

The Reception of the Riad displays several informations about Marrakech and Around. The Staff will be keen on Giving informations about Places to Visit, Where to Go, What activities or Tours to Do. Activities, Tours, Car or Bike Rentals can be booked the day prior service, directly at the Reception of the Riad. The Riad works with quality and cheap Providers.

Our Staff is present in the Riad 24h a day. If you have any Health problems, our Staff will give you basic first Aid or help you to contact our (good) Dentist or Doctor (opened during office hour) or Good Hospital opened 24h/24 if necessary. In case of Translation needed, we will help. We will indicate approximation of pricing if possible. Prices are about 3 times cheaper than in Europe.
